Inflow AI — Privacy Policy
Effective date: March 2026
What Inflow AI Does
Inflow AI is a Chrome extension that extracts data from uploaded files using AI and fills web forms. It is designed for legacy systems that lack modern APIs.
Data We Collect
- Email address — collected only if you sign up for an Inflow Pro subscription. Used solely for authentication (OTP login) and billing.
- API keys — your Gemini or OpenAI API keys are stored locally in your browser (chrome.storage.local). They are sent directly to the respective AI provider and never to our servers.
Data We Do NOT Collect
- We do not collect, store, or transmit your uploaded files or extracted data.
- We do not track browsing history, web activity, or page content.
- We do not use analytics, cookies, or fingerprinting.
- We do not sell or share any user data with third parties.
How Data Is Processed
- File extraction: Your files are sent directly from your browser to the AI provider (Google Gemini or OpenAI) using your own API key. Our servers never see your files.
- Form filling: All form field detection and data injection happens locally in your browser.
- Billing: Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. We store only your hashed user ID, email, and subscription status.
Data Storage
- Extension settings, API keys, and queue state are stored in
chrome.storage.local on your device.
- Billing data (email, subscription status) is stored in a secure PostgreSQL database.
Your Rights
You can delete all locally stored data by uninstalling the extension. To delete your billing account data, contact us at the email below.
